Projects — Status Board

One pane per status, in the order a project flows through them. Each pane lists the projects waiting on that step — click a project to open its Project Information form.

Lost and Cancelled projects get no pane of their own — they open here as a list, so the closed-out sets never crowd the board.

Projects — List View

The status filter is the centerpiece — pick a status to see only the projects waiting on that step. Click a Project ID to open the full Project Information form.

Plans

Each plans record is one version — the first is Plans 1.0, the next Plans 2.0, and so on. Creating a record is what creates the next version, and the new record is stamped as received (date + who received it) the moment it is created. Drop the plans PDF into a record's window and the file is stored with that version.

Project Tracking — Checkpoints

Try it: tick Plans Reviewed → status becomes “Plans Not Redacted”. Tick Plans Redacted → “Redaction Not Checked”. Tick all three → “Materials Not Created”.

Quote Tracking

Each record is its own column — the newest sits at the far left and older records shift right.
